Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails, is declined by the AI, or comes back empty, all the credits reserved for it are returned straight away.
When a generation finishes, any reserved credits it didn't use are returned.
If you stop a generation before any text appears, nothing is charged. If text has already appeared, you are charged for the part produced.

You can see what each generation cost in your history.

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within [14] days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used.
After that, or once credits from the pack have been used, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires or if we charged you by mistake.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the pack's credits are removed from your balance.

Email [contact email] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We aim to reply within a few working days.
